Evolve Housing offers a range of supported housing services to 545 vulnerable, homeless people of all ages in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This includes people experiencing homelessness and/or rough sleeping, young people at risk, ex-offenders, teenage parents, people with long-term and enduring mental health needs, and those with alcohol and/or drug misuse issues.

Our vision is to make a lasting difference to lives and communities.

In addition to supported housing we run community based projects including: a Community Host scheme providing placements for 16-18 year olds with local families; a Customer Employment Partnership offering jobs within the housing sector to people with experience of homelessness; a counselling service; and mentoring and volunteering opportunities across all four boroughs.
