St Matthew's Church Croydon
Organisation Contact Details
Our services meet the needs of a broad spectrum of Christian tradition. We hold services of Daily Prayer, a midweek Eucharist, and services on Sundays. We teach the Christian faith in our Sunday sermons. Each month we hold a service of healing and wholeness. From time to time we sing Choral Evensong.
We give advice and preparation sessions for parents and young people on baptism, on receiving first communion and on confirmation. We prepare couples for weddings.
We offer courses in Christian discipleship: Alpha and Exploring Christianity. We have house groups where we meet together in small groups for Bible study and to follow professionally prepared Christian materials at Lent and other times.
