Salvation Army New Addington

'The Vine' foodbank in New Addington is located down the lane between 11 & 13 Salcot Crescent, New Addington and  is open for food referrals. 

When:  Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10 am-12 pm

Food Parcels (toiletries, cleaning items, Childrens clothes and small household items also available) are only given to those who have been assessed by one of our voucher partners and issued with a voucher. 

Vouchers are issued by a variety of agencies, including local churches and schools, a number of local authority departments, and the Citizens' Advice Bureau. 

We do not accept self-referrals, so please ask your DWP work coach, school, social worker, GP or other professional who is familiar with your circumstances to refer you.

Information required for a referral

  • Name of the individual being referred
  • Telephone number
  • Address (New Addington, Selsdon, Forestdale residents only).
  •  Brief reason for referral
  •  Number of people in the household (number of adults, number of children)
  • Any special dietary requirements


New Addington, Selsdon, Forestdale vulnerable or isolated person/family who do not have any support. (Must be referred - thevinefoodbank@gmail.com)

Donations:  Can be dropped off on Tuesdays from 7 - 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 - 10 am
