Every third Thursday of the month, we welcome members of the community to join our
wellbeing and mindfulness session to discover the benefit of the Wilderness garden.
Last month, we explored the benefits of birdwatching and learnt more about the ‘Sit
Spot’. This month, we will learn how to relieve stress and boost your mood with an
aromatherapy garden walk.
