We will firstly complete an assessment to see if you need telephone, online or face to face advice. Depending on the outcome of this we will then either make a referral to the appropriate service or book you an appointment at one of our offices. 

Our specialists are able to deal with most types of debts including court papers. Please note that if you have court papers you should mention this as we need to know any deadlines for response or hearing dates when working out which services would be best for you.
