The event stems from community action to highlight and bring together local services that can offer support, guidance and encouragement to better manage the increased stress, related to the Cost of Living Crisis.

On the day there will be a variety of information stalls, energy kits to take away (including draft excluders and reflector panels), health MOTs, activities to participate in, plus free refreshments and food.
