STAGES is a project that runs during term time, for young people aged 13-17 years old. If you are interested in acting, directing or storytelling! Whether you’ve acted before or not, STAGES is a great opportunity for you to boost their confidence, master public speaking skills and practice drama techniques with a team of experienced drama practitioners. Participation in the programme, will lead to performance opportunities, theatre trips and acting and writing workshops. In addition, STAGES provide direction for those who are considering pursuing theatre or creative arts as a career.All work is devised by the girls and we encourage the themes to be around a socially conscious issue. Previously we have put on two performances about mental health in young girls. Most importantly, come down and have fun! We meet on Mondays from 5:30pm-7pm.
